We are a group of academics and university students who are enthusiastic about the promotion of the rights of persons with disabilities. The current research project is led by the Principle Investigator, Dr. Chow Pok YIn Stephenson, an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, City University of Hong Kong. The team aims at examining the rights of persons with disabilities to utilize their potentials under Article 30 of the CRPD and articulating a theoretical basis for the rights of persons with disabilities to self-fulfill. We also seek to raise the awareness of the general public on the matter. The project is funded by the Research Grants Council (RGC) of the Hong Kong Government, under the Early Career Scheme (Project No.:21604719) For more information, please visit here.
